Looks like Martha Cooper stumbled on the NSFK wall that RAMS, SOVIET, DOKE & AREK knocked out a few weeks ago. This spot is particularly fun to paint since there are quite a few characters/drug dealers/junkies/weirdos that congregate in the area. Evidenced by the rollcall of people that stopped by that weekend.
AREK also told me two cops were shot two blocks away while they were painting, so it’s also a dangerous area…

“The other wall by Rams, Doke, Soviet and Arek was freshly spray painted in SoWeBo in the past couple of weeks. Wish I’d been there to document the production. It’s bold and colorful and adds a lot to the neighborhood. Unfortunately I can’t quite make out what it says. Can anyone help?”
