LIVE FAST – Harley Davidson art show opens tomorrow night

The Thrillist ran an article on the show yesterday, so I figured I’d post some more photos of the gas tank I painted. I’ve always been intrigued by the collusion of art and warfare, so I based this off of the WWII era P-40 “Flying Tiger”; which was also the first model I put together as a kid.

I felt there is a reflective nature in these old WWII fighter “aces” and old-school Harley riders, even a common tie in the machinery.

Cool Disco Dan Shirts

I got to see the rough-cut of the “Legend of Cool Disco Dan” documentary this past weekend. I can’t give anything away, but it is a really good flick. It should be released sometime later in the year.

In the meantime, Roger just told me they have a new batch of Dan shirts out. I had lost one of the older ones that came out when he released the History of DC Graffiti book, so I need to grab one of these. Click the shirt to go to the store, and be sure to make sure you’re ordering the right size, each size is sold individually.
