JASE told me there will be a video and other flicks coming out from the event. It’s wack what happened to REVOK, but otherwise nice to see a new BA/MSK mash-up.
In the meantime, here are some pictures I found on flickr from aharvey2k’s photostream.
More event pictures here.
A pedestrian transit tunnel crosses the Huangpu River from the Bund. Passengers board slow-moving powered vehicles which travel along the tunnel, with light effects projected onto the walls of the tunnel. These effects are marketed as a tourist attraction.
Thanks Todd!

Ever wonder if you could drop off the grid and start a new life? It’s not as easy to be on the lamb as you may think.

Wired ran this article a few months ago, in conjunction with a story of a real life attempt to disappear. Writer Evan Ratliff spent almost a month in constant fear of getting caught as amateur and professional investigators hunted him down for a $5000 bounty.
You can read the entire story here. Pretty interesting read. Makes you wonder where he made mistakes. Or was it inevitable he would be caught through social networking investigators with the ability to update clues in an instant, as well as those willing to obtain info legally/illegally to help find you.
